Wednesday, Leg Day!

Everyone hates it, but if you really want to get in shape, or run faster, or farther, you have to do it!!
So, here's today's fun stuff!


  • 20 Minutes Sworkit Yoga Full Sequence to warmup
  • 15 Minutes Sworkit Lower Body/ Legs Circuit 
    • Squats
    • Lunges - Front and Rear
    • Calf Raises
    • High Knees
    • Mountain Climbers
    • and variations of these core exercises.
  • 2.9 mile walk in 52:51
    • 1 mile dog walking
    • 1.9 mile power walk
Nothing too crazy, today.
