Sunday Funday!

As you've probably gathered by now, Sunday is my "rest day". I basically do a very minimal workout, just to be active. Today's workout is just a little bit of basics.

° 30 minutes Sworkit Pro Yoga
° 2.63 mile walk in 49 minutes -.walked the dogs for 20 minutes with my wife, then did another 30 minutes brisk soli walk.
