This is part 1 of a series of Health and Fitness mistakes that MOST of us have made, or are continuing to make. These are things that I have learned, mostly through trial and error, and failure.First, we have to realize that the health and fitness industry is FULL of scams, pseudo science, and outright lies. MOST of what you think you know, is wrong. The fact is, getting fit is very simple. That doesn't mean that it's easy. You still have to put in the work, and be consistent. Workout 3-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes, and eat sensibly, you can have the body you want. See, simple.
The idea of this series, is simply to cut through the crap, and boil it down to exactly what you need, and none of what you don't. Remember, just because someone looks fit, or has huge muscles, doesn't mean they know what they're doing, or that they haven't used methods that can cause irreparable harm.
