Wow. I can't believe I forgot to log my workout yesterday. It wasn't much, but I should still have logged it!- 30 minutes Sworkit Yoga Full Sequence
- 15 minutes Sworkit Core Workout (ABS!!)
- 15 minutes Sworkit Full Body Stretching (Hatha Yoga)
That's it. Basically a rest day, since it was too cold and snowy to go running, and I did legs on Wednesday, and upper body is Friday!
