Monday Workout

Alright, after last night's disappointment of a "game", it's time to get back to work!! Now, since I am doing the SuperSlow workouts, I am only doing strength training every 72 hours, so my workouts are going to look a little different.


  • 20 Minutes Yoga
  • 10 Minutes Core Circuit from Sworkit (Sit ups, Crunches, Planks, Hip Raises, etc)
  • 3.53 Mile run in 45 Minutes - This is where some changes are going to take place. I am working on speed drills to improve my 5k/10k times. So, here is my run, today.
    • 10 minutes - slow run, approximately 12:30 minutes per mile
    • 10 minutes - Hill Sprint Drills
      • Hill was approximately 30 yards long, and approximatley 20 feet in Height.
      • Sprinted up the hill, then walked down 15 times.
    • 5 minutes walk for recovery
    • 20 minutes running at approximately 10:30 per mile.
  • 10 Minutes Hatha Yoga (stretching)
