Thursday's Workout Log!

After yesterday's LOOOOONG run, today's workout stayed with strength and light cardio.

  • 30 Minutes Sworkit Pro Yoga and Light Cardio
  • Shakeweight 6 Minute workout
  • Arms Superset Circuit - 20lb Dumbbell - 15 reps each exercise - 5 times
    • Biceps Curls 
    • Triceps Extension
    • Shoulder Raises
Good workout, nothing special. Keep getting stronger.
