30 Minutes Sworkit Pro Yoga and Light Cardio
Shakeweight 6 Minute workout
Arms Superset Circuit - 20lb Dumbbell - 15 reps each exercise - 5 times
Biceps Curls
Triceps Extension
Shoulder Raises
Good workout, nothing special. Keep getting stronger.
