- 30 Days of HIIT Day 8 - 20 Seconds each, no rest between exercises, 1 minute between rounds
- Half Jacks
- Mountain Climbers
- Planks w/ Rotations
- 10 Rounds
- Legs Superset - 5 Sets
- Squats holding 20lb Dumbbell - 10 Reps
- Calf Raises holding 20lb Dumbbell - 20 Reps
- Forward Lunge Right, Holding 20lb Dumbbell - 10 Reps
- Forward Lunge Left, Holding 20lb Dumbbell - 10 Reps
- Plie' Squats holding 20lb Dumbbell - 10 reps
LEG DAY TODAY - WALK FUNNY DAY TOMORROW!!
